Services / Supply
We recognise that a robust and reliable supply chain is critical to the success of our business. Staffed by professional and experienced procurement personnel, our in-house procurement team works in partnership with our suppliers, utilising our best practise principals as defined within our Code of Ethics.
- To develop and maintain mutually beneficial, long lasting, relationships with our suppliers so that NIS can, in turn, meet our customer requirements.
- To commit to the prompt settlement of all due accounts and acknowledge our suppliers right to make a fair profit on a fair supply.
- To resolve account difficulties in an expedient, fair and reasonable manner.
- To work with those suppliers that have business principles similar to our own.
- To engage with suppliers who are pro-active in developing supply chain efficiency for the benefit of all parts of the supply chain.
Supplier performance is continually monitored through NIS Ltd’s Supplier Performance Measurement system (SPM) which monitors both delivery and quality performance. Working in partnership, regular meetings are held with suppliers to discuss potential cost, product and process improvement initiatives.
