The fairground comes to town for NIS employees!
All the fun of the fair was enjoyed by more than 300 people on the night of Friday 2nd December as NIS celebrated the opening of a new £1m manufacturing facility in Chorley. With a full size carousel, clowns, racing car simulators, live music and traditional fairground sideshows it was an action packed evening for the employees and their families.

The new rig hall will extend the capacity of the existing premises, provide extra lifting capability with the installation of an additional crane, and help to meet the demands of a steadily increasing order book.
The evening also proved beneficial for one of the company’s favoured charities, Derian House, with over £600 being raised through donations and the sale of raffle tickets.
Speaking after the event, NIS Group Managing Director Richard Penrose said “It was fantastic to see so many of our staff with their families having such a good time together, particularly as I know how hard everybody has worked in the last few months. NIS has a lot to be proud of at the moment, the company is growing and creating additional opportunities for new and existing employees and we have an exciting future ahead of us”.
