Our core values are embedded in our Code of Ethics which is underpinned by our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and this in turn is supported by a set of Behavioural Standards and Expectations that we expect our staff and contractors to abide by.
The core values above are the cornerstone to how we work, ensuring we encourage and support our people to achieve their full potential. We aspire to motivate our people through acheivment and enjoyment, performing tasks through empowered teamwork. We will identify and lead change to ensure we continously improve, creating a culture that inspires an appetite to learn and grow.

The NIS Ltd Code of Ethics describes the philosophy which underpins our activities and our commitments to stakeholders. It states our principles in dealing with our clients, our employees, the shareholder, our suppliers and our community.
Our CSR policy sets out our commitments and recognises our responsibilities to Our People, Our Environment, Our Community and Our Industries. The policy is applied through an action plan which lays out our immediate goals. The Plan stakeholders meet on a quarterly basis to measure the performance and progress against each element of the policy.
There are eleven Behavioural Standards and expectations that our employees and contractors abide by. They cover topics of Leadership through to Working together, by applying these standards to what we do NIS becomes and is maintained as the contractor / employer of choice.
